Flooded Floors in Oceanfront Building

These before and after videos show a studio with custom floors that was affected by both Hurricanes. After Hurricane Matthew in 2016, the floors were not removed due to advice from a different restoration company, as it is very expensive to replace custom flooring. In 2017, the owners of the property called SERVPRO of Greater St. Augustine / St. Augustine Beach. When we removed the floors, we were not surprised to find an excess of mold growing.
