Flooded utility room in St Augustine, Florida

This is a St. Augustine water extraction that was completed. Before photo shows one of the walls of this St Augustine utility room with baseboards removed for added air circulation to assist drying. After the washer discharged gallons of water and contaminated building materials SERVPRO’s patented drying techniques were applied to speed up drying. The after photo shows the same room with the baseboards back on and quarter round installed (our customer requested).
