Water Damage Restoration by SERVPRO's St Augustine location

What we try to document in this video is our initial response to two Water Damaged condos in the Shores (a well known local area). First our technicians established wet areas/materials, set proper expectations with our customers, filed claims and captured initial photos and other details such as air readings. They then staged equipment, extracted water, removed baseboards to improve air movement and set the drying equipment in place.
