Damage Restoration made better by SERVPRO in St. Augustine. Our goal is to create happy customers!!!

We finally found a customer who agreed to go on camera and talk about his experience with SERVPRO of Greater St. Augustine/St. Augustine Beach. 

Every single customer we have completed work for so far has been happy with the quality of work and service levels. However, finding someone who was not camera shy was a challenge. 

Richard was ecstatic with the service he received from SERVPRO located in St. Augustine when he discovered water damage in his St. Augustine home. He said, "yes" to a testimonial video shoot right away and after a few weeks of planning we finally have our first testimonial video!
