Emergency response to a flooding in St. Augustine.

SERVPRO's St. Augustine location responded to an emergency water damage and flooding in St. Augustine this Sunday. In this video we are attempting to demonstrate what goes into an emergency "after hours" response. At SERVPRO of Greater St. Augustine/St. Augustine Beach we thoroughly prepare our staff, equipment and vehicles to provide a safe and fast response regardless of the hours!  

In this video we follow one of our “on call technicians” as they respond to an emergency water damage call. First, a technician has to drive his/her personal vehicle to our state of the art facility in St. Augustine. Then the video shows one of our water loss response vehicles getting readied for the response. We then drive out to the site of the damage, asses, educate, and finally remediate or begin the remediation process.
