We completed a crawl space mold remediation project. One of our specialties here at SERVPRO of Greater St. Augustine/St. Augustine Beach is Mold Remediation and Restoration. 

Whether this is a water damage situation and the mold is visible or only suspected we have the technology and logistics in place to take on any job. Molding Crawl spaces  may not be something other companies would take on, but we are always up for a challenging restoration assignment.

In this video we attempt to show what a crawl space mold remediation may involve as SERVPRO of Greater St. Augustine/St. Augustine Beach performs it.

First step is to scope out the project, next the necessary tools and chemicals are gathered and moved into the crawl space. Once remediation begins all visible mold is removed via HEPA vacuuming. Then the affected surface is treated with antibacterial and sealed. The process typically takes 2 days to complete.
