Just recently, we had a customer who's house was flooded. She was overwhelmed with the thought of how much it would cost and if insurance would cover it. She gave us a call after hours and we had a crew out to her within a half hour. 

SERVPRO of Greater St Augustine / St Augustine Beach was there for her in her time of need to handle the flooding and stay on top of communication with her insurance agency to ensure everything was covered!

She was so pleased with our work she gave us a 5 star review and said she is going to recommend us to everyone and anyone!
