Had a great time networking with some great people at an AMAZING cafe! SERVPRO of Greater St Augustine / St Augustine Beach loves being involved within our communities and participating in events like this. Thank you, Luna Café & Coffee in St. Augustine for the great food, great atmosphere and of course, great coffee! 

Mindfulness Journey was there to give a great presentation about mindfulness! In the picture, you will see us all participating in the exercise they presented, where we all took a raisin and pretended we'd never seen one before. We exercised our 5 senses (Sight, Sound, Touch, Smell, Taste) during this presentation and learned how we can use the practice to de-stress and also live in the present moment more often!
