This week our Marketing Team of Lauren, Dominic, and Cassie had the opportunity to attend the North Florida/ South Georgia SERVPRO marketing forum! We connected with our neighboring SERVPROs to continue our education in the restoration industry and to learn how to better connect with our communities. The day was filled with networking, sharing ideas, and prizes! Lauren was given a gift card for her amazing presentation! Last week, our team began working a job that required us to get up 30ft to reach the high ceilings.
Since a scissor lift was needed, our production manager Kenny completed training to receive his certification to become an Osha compliance operator to safely operate the scissor lift during the job process. On top of that, Kenny was sure to review harness and fall safety in our weekly safety training before going out to start the job.

On August 27th, we received an award for Outstanding Sales Performance for the year 2018. Every week, we are grateful to our clients and customers who helped us achieve this honor.

The mold on this baseboard was discovered after a small flood in our clients home. Once flooding occurs, baseboard must be removed in order to properly circulate air and dry the affected materials.

Most baseboard mold problems can be easily contained, but some do require a mold protocol to mitigate the damage.
